Pedro José Donoso parecía tenerlo todo: riqueza, poder y el amor de una joven y bella mujer que lo
convenció de amarlo sin mesura. Pero, no todo lo que brilla es oro y a Pedro José le hacia falta algo que no podía comprar
con dinero: su salud.
Aun así, y después de muchos años como viudo, decidió casarse con Isabel Arroyo, la jefa de diseño
en una de sus empresas. Para él, Isabel se convirtió en la mujer ideal, la esposa ejemplar y su máximo aliento de vida…
tanto así que se aferró a ella, luchando contra sus mismas enfermedades e incluso enfrentándose a su propia hija, Ángela.

pesar de estar perdiendo su vida, Pedro José Donoso no se resignaba a perder. Quizás por ello se hizo adicto a las ciencias
ocultas como su única esperanza y por eso depositó toda su confianza en Gaetana Charry, una extraña y misteriosa mujer que
parecía darle el consuelo que buscaba tras sus misteriosas citas. Su otro consuelo era su piano y la música que sus manos
cansadas entonaban en él y que parecían reflejar el dolor de su impotencia.
Pedro José parecía estar ciego a lo que pasaba a su alrededor ya que lo único que le importaba era
disfrutar del amor de su esposa Isabel hasta el último de sus días.
Muchos dicen que el amor dura hasta que la muerte los separa. En esta historia, la llegada de un misterioso
hombre: Salvador Cerinza llega a desafiar esta creencia. Salvador es un pobre campesino sin educación que ha dedicado su vida
al campo. Su vida cambia radicalmente cuando regresa de la muerte para convertirse en el arma con la cual Pedro José Donoso
irá desenmascarando a sus enemigos y tratará de corregir los errores cometidos por un amor ciego.

pain his impotence.
